Excellent read on how the lymphatic system is interconnected in the body and where the thyroid plays a role. It’s an important subject also for cancer patients because they can have similar issues due to a heavy medical load of various treatments. And lymphedema in various forms can appear. Thank you for explaining.

Thank you so much. That’s such an important point and I’m really glad you mentioned it. The lymphatic system is often overlooked until something significant happens in the body, and cancer treatment can absolutely place a huge burden on it physically and emotionally.

Lymphedema and fluid stagnation can have such a big impact on how people feel day to day, yet there’s still so little awareness around supporting lymphatic health gently and consistently. Thank you for adding this perspective <3

Incredible. I needed this encouragement from seeing someone make the changes doctors don’t believe are possible! Great work, and thanks for sharing

Thank you. I was stuck for my whole adult life with no help really from ‘professionals’ not believing change was ever possible but here we are. I hope it helps encourage a few people not to give up.

For the Raynaud's I suggest you look into the connection with fructose. Fructose is processed via the lymphatic system. I'd also guess you have a sluggish gall bladder (milk thistle is a great aide). Look after your liver. It's likely struggling. Yes. Thyroid is important but all these things are connected.

Hey — I came across your writing and really liked how you think.

I’m exploring something similar from a different angle — writing about human behavior through a system design lens (like debugging internal patterns).

Just started publishing on Substack. If you ever get a moment to read, I’d genuinely value your perspective.

Also happy to support your work — feels like there’s an interesting overlap here.
