No article this week 💛

Hi everyone,

For the first time in quite a while, I’m taking a proper break this week.

I’m currently on holiday and giving myself permission to step away from writing, social media and thinking about what to post next.

As much as I love creating content and connecting with this wonderful community, I also believe that rest is productive and that taking time to recharge is an important part of looking after our health.

So there won’t be a new article today, but I’ll be back soon with plenty of fresh ideas, reflections and, no doubt, a few holiday stories too.

Thank you, as always, for reading, commenting and being here. This little corner of the internet means more to me than you probably realise.
